Dump inorganics II - give us a jumbo bin

I would like to see an end to the way the current Inorganic Collections are done.
Could we please have a series of large jumbo collection bins placed in each street for a period of one week.
This would eliminate the amount of mess on the streets, discourage the scavengers and keep down the vermin.
I have the only grass verge in my small street and everyone else has started dumping their rubbish on it - one month out from collection date.
The scavengers have been and I am left with having to mow around it - and then to clean up the mess left behind.
