ATROCITY - What about Papakura?

I loved your editorial but like most other reports and opinions poor Papakura is overlooked. Waitakere only 200 attended the meeting! In Papakura more than 1000 people attended the meeting and 99.9% indicated their feelings against the present plan much to Mr John Carter's discomfort. Papakura is seething with anger at this arrogant proposal to deny us our elected council and control of our local affairs.
