Save A man is fighting for his life after being stabbed a number of times in Auckland early today.
Police were called to the assault at Rosehill in Papakura about 2.30am.
The victim was taken by ambulance to hospital, with "serious, life threatening stab wounds," police said.
Counties Manukau police CIB
were at the scene and were investigating the stabbing.
Police were appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the attack to contact the Counties Manukau police.
