Top 50 restaurants in Auckland

The Top 50 restaurants in Auckland have been announced in the eagerly awaited 2013 Metro Magazine awards with a third of the restaurants on the list being located in the heart of the city.

Returning to the list after an absence are Bracu, Kitchen in Hotel DeBrett, SPQR, The Refreshment Room and One Tree Grill.

New kid on the Britomart block, Ortolana,  is one of the new entries on the list.

Ortolana is part of the Hip Group, which runs the Takapuna Beach Café and other cafes.
