Jamming of Al Jazeera's coverage of the World Cup soccer finals in June originated in Jordan, the Qatar-based broadcaster said yesterday.
Al Jazeera, which had exclusive rights from world soccer's governing body Fifa to broadcast the tournament in the Middle East and North Africa, suffered disruption to some matches, including the opener.
