Jailed Mafia godfathers have the right to go to the toilet without being filmed, an Italian court has ruled.
The court accepted Salvatore Lo Piccolo's argument that he was "entitled to his privacy".
It said that by filming, Lo Piccolo was being "subjected to inhuman and degrading treatment" - a decision that has outraged a group for victims of the Mob.
Mafia prisoners are kept in solitary confinement and have their privileges restricted.
