More office workers have been sent home in central Wellington as more earthquake damage comes to light.
A block of the ANZ building on Tory Street and Forresters Lane has been evacuated.
Workers were sent home at 3pm.
Motel Bar is closed and a small number of apartments on Forresters Lane are now off-limits.
There were concerns with concrete panels on the outside of the ANZ building. And an engineer's assessment showed stays had fallen off and could drop on to the lane below.
