An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.8 has struck off the coast of Ibaraki, Japan.
Japan's Meterological Agency says it struck at a depth of 30 kilometres, and would've been felt through the Chiba and Tokyo metropolitan areas.
No tsunami warnings are in place.
