A 69-year-old Napier man has been remanded on bail until next month on 16 charges involving forgery and criminal breach of trust.
The man, whose name and occupation was suppressed in the Napier District Court today, faces five charges of forgery, five of using a document for pecuniary advantage, five of theft by a person in a special relationship and one of criminal breach of trust.
He will appear again on April 13.
A second man is also facing a charge of criminal breach of trust.
