A former Wellington police assistant commissioner has been called to The Hague in Holland to help prosecutors with investigations into the 2007 post-election violence in Kenya.
Gavin McFadyen, who was awarded the Queen's Service Order in this year's New Year honours, was one of two international members on last year's Kenyan commission of inquiry into the violence.
