Banks accused Malik of copying her ideas for his new music video, claiming it was similar to her video for Yung Rapunxel.

Malik didn't reply directly, but tweeted: "No lies... I see you reaching but I don't care", followed by another tweet which said: "My @s too good for you".

Banks' response was foul-mouthed, racist and homophobic.

She replied: "I make better music than you. Simmer down with that fake white boy rebellion and that wannabe Bieber swag".

She went on to call Malik a "hairy curry-scented b****", said she would start calling him "Punjab" and made references to Malik being homosexual.

Throughout the day Banks has continued to argue with people on Twitter about her rant adding even more offensive content to her stream of tweets.

The rapper even went live on Periscope where she continued her heavily racist rant against Malik, saying how he had been kicked out of One Direction for being a "brown b****".

Malik is yet to respond.
