The Commerce Commission is seeking feedback on its new streamlined authorisation process.
The process will be available for some applications that might breach certain provisions of the Commerce Act, but have obvious public benefits and a relatively limited impact on competition.
The business and legal communities are being asked for input.
The draft guidelines can be viewed here. Submissions close on April 13.
