An 84-year-old man fell to his death yesterday just a short distance from his Green Bay home.
Police believe the elderly man had climbed down the bank directly behind his house to take a swim at the beach below.
The man is thought to have slipped as he tried to climb back up to his house later that afternoon.
At about 5 pm, the man's wife found him lying unconsious at the bottom of the bank.
He died a short time later.
