Cumbria: Home of the Lake Poets

England's beautiful Lake District was also the stomping ground of some of Britain's best-loved poets. Wordsworth, Coleridge and the lesser-known Robert Southey were collectively known as the Lake Poets and their legacies are apparent in parts of this district.
