Singer-songwriter Reece Mastin popped into the Herald studio for a brief chat with Creme magazine editor Alice O’Connell, he is currently in NZ sorting out the details for his next concert tour. Mastin will release a 40-minute documentary on DVD titled, Behind Closed Doors, on 21 September 2012, featuring interviews from his close friends and family, and his X Factor mentor Guy Sebastian, as well as early footage and photos of Mastin as a child.

The Words is a haunting tale about a celebrated novelist who must learn to live with the consequences after stealing another man’s work. It hits cinemas on October 11.
