We talk meat with an award-winning Canadian food and travel writer, radio columnist, journalist and author of two New York Times best sellers, who is in NZ next week to attend the First Light Spring Muster aka AGM in Hawke's Bay.
Mark is author of 'The Dorito Effect': The Surprising New Truth about Food and Flavour and 'Steak': One Man's Search for the World's Tastiest Piece of Beef. He is an authority on meat and nutrition and has appeared as a nutrition expert more than 50 times on the Emmy winning television programme 'The Dr Oz Show', watched by millions.
