Many rural New Zealanders have trouble accessing high-speed broadband so how will they be able to watch livestreamed rugby games?

Spark and TVNZ announced today that they have joint broadcasting rights to the 2019 Rugby World Cup which means some games will be able to be viewed live online only.

Rural broadband supplier Farmside's chief executive Jason Sharp spoke to The Country's Jamie Mackay about what this could mean for rural viewers.
