The Samoan Prime Minister has announced a half day holiday for all government employees this Wednesday and an official ‘hero’s parade’ through the streets of Apia for Parker before a state lunch. He has also indicated Parker is in line to receive a government honour when they are next unveiled in February. The 24 year old was given the chiefly name of La'auli Lupesoliai by his parent’s village last year.
