Former Wallabies wing Ben Tune will miss tonight's rugby clash between Queensland and the Junior All Blacks in Brisbane after failing a fitness test.
Tune, who has missed the bulk of the last two seasons with knee injuries, failed to overcome a new knee complaint suffered while playing for Northern Territory invitational team, the 'Aussie Mozzies', against Samoa in Darwin last weekend.
Tune, who has been included in the Wallabies training squad, should get another opportunity to take on the Junior All Blacks on Sunday with Australia A in Canberra as the injury was not regarded as serious.
Uncapped Brisbane club rugby centre Andrew Brown moves into the starting side at Ballymore while another newcomer Cameron Northcott joins the bench.
