Police have revealed that early on Sunday morning a pair of witnesses spotted and talked a man out of the Waikato river, who told them his name was Paul and that he was in Hamilton for a tennis tournament. The pair offered to take him back to his accommodation but he later changed his mind and walked off, back to the river. The man who is thought to be missing man Paul Arber is still unaccounted for and police are urging further witnesses to come forward with more information.
