New Zealand's prostitution laws are to be debated at the prestigious Oxford Union in England.
Next week the Prostitutes Collective national co-ordinator, Catherine Healy, will enter the debating chamber in England to argue that prostitution should be legalised.
Against her will be a top British policeman and a conservative American lobby group, the Dominion Post reported.
Former prime minister David Lange came to the world's attention after he memorably defended New Zealand's anti-nuclear policy at the Oxford University institution.
