International buyers at the four-day national agricultural expo at Mystery Creek are to be treated to luxurious purpose-built suites.
A $4 million addition to the Mystery Creek Events Centre pavilion has created an international business and visitors' lounge where Agritech, Trade and Industry New Zealand and ANZ Bank will be based.
Mystery Creek general manager Barry Quayle says it is recognition that the expo provides a unique environment for closing big deals.
Last year's expo attracted spending of $74 million, which later sales increased to $225 million.
