Auckland property developer Andrew Krukziener had his bankruptcy hearing adjourned until October 12 at the High Court in Auckland today.
He has been taken to court by the Inland Revenue Department which claims he owes it about $6 million in taxes, a figure he disputes saying he only owes it $3.7 million, The National Business Review reported.
Krukziener has been involved with about 100 construction projects in Auckland, most notably the Metropolis tower.
