Auckland's toxic sea slug problem may be spreading across the isthmus.
A new case of poisoning has been reported at West Coast beach Piha, and another at Laingholm Bay near Titirangi.
Until now cases have largely been restricted to North Shore, eastern and Coromandel beaches.
Six dogs have died as a result of the toxin over the past two years.
