Ben Affleck appears to have shaken off his marital woes, with reports surfacing that he'll be directing his second and third movie after the hugely successful Argo.
Deadline reports that Affleck will be joining forces with DC comic book creator, Geoff Johns, to co-write and direct the next Batman movie. Affleck will continue his role as Batman for the film, following the highly anticipated Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
The Gone Girl star has also been green lit to direct prohibition-era crime movie Live By Night in November, Variety reports.
Affleck will also produce the film, and star alongside Elle Fanning, Sienna Miller and Zoe Saldana.
Warner Brothers has pencilled in the movie's release date for October 2016.
