Securities Commission member Elizabeth Hickey has tendered her resignation after nearly two years in the job, Commerce Minister Simon Power announced today.
Hickey's resignation takes effect from the end of the month.
Power said Hickey's decision to step down was based on personal reasons.
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank her for her work as a member of the Commission and wish her well for the future."
