Fabulous farm buildings, loads of land and a cosy home are to be found in Kumeu, writes CEDRIC GRAY.

Debbie Mangu and her husband, Ben, are often to be found on their wide, wrap-around deck at their home in Riverhead Rd, Kumeu - a vantage point that offers lovely views to every corner of the 4ha property.

Due West Stud, as it is known, grazes a few head of Charolais-Hereford cattle and miniature horses. There are 12 paddocks all in excellent pasture and with ample water provided by six large water tanks.
