Jamie Mackay is at the PGG Wrightson Real Estate Annual Conference in Queenstown and he caught up with one of the keynote speakers Rob Fyfe.
Fyfe is currently the CEO of Icebreaker but he was previously the boss of Air New Zealand. His speech was about what he learnt fromhis time there; including his admirable ambition to personally respond to all social media correspondence.
Fyfe also talks about his new role as CEO of clothing company Icebreaker, the rural connection the business has and what makes it internationally renowned.
