A top-quality yarding of about 950 weaner heifers sold on a par with last month's fair at Stortford Lodge this week.

A small offering of weaner bulls sold well.

In the sheep pens the yarding of almost 3000 lambs met strong demand.

Longer-term lambs sold especially well.
