Live radio is always a bit of a gamble as Jamie Mackay found out today when he called up Logan Rule.
Logan had listed his lifestyle property with PGG Wrightson Real Estate and went in the draw to win a Hyundai Santa Fe for a year. Luckily for Logan he won the promotion!
Unluckily for Jamie, Logan isn't a listener of The Country and had no idea who he was.
Ever the professional Mackay ploughed on trying to get Rule to recognise his contribution to radio by likening himself to "the Poor Man's Mike Hosking".
Logan Rule still has no idea who Jamie Mackay is but he isn't bothered, he has a glorious Santa Fe to play around with for a whole year!
