Aubrey Plaza says she almost married her Scott Pilgrim vs. the World co-star Michael Cera in Las Vegas, the Daily Mail reports.
The 32-year-old actress spilled the beans on Wednesday when she joined RuPaul and Michelle Visage's podcast, What the Tee, admitting that she and the 28-year-old Superbad star nearly got married in Vegas.
The co-stars met and fell in love while shooting 2010's Scott Pilgrim Vs The World, and 'dated for a long time'- a year and a half - once shooting wrapped.
'We drove across country after we shot that movie and almost got married in Vegas,' the Parks and Reaction starlet casually mentioned.
RuPaul, who admitted he found Cera 'sexy' earlier in the podcast, theorized that the young couple may have been experiencing an on-set of cabin fever.
'Do you think it was that thing where people are enclosed in a small situation where...'
Plaza quickly interjected, 'Oh, like animals in captivity? Everyone just wants to f*** each other?'
Plaza insisted that wasn't the case, and that she still thinks her ex boyfriend is 'very special.'
'We love each other...we're still really good friends,' the Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates starlet divulged.
'He's just a weird little freak and we speak the same language. He's one of the funniest people I know.'
The two are not publicly romantically linked to anyone right now, however.
Plaza has said she 'falls in love' with both 'girls and guys,' and that she 'can't help it.'
Cera is best known for his role in Super Bad and Juno. He has also dated actress Charlyne Yi.
