After "running hard" at South Island goldminer OceanaGold for the best part of a decade, Len Jubber is leaving New Zealand for Melbourne.

OceanaGold chief executive Stephen Orr said Jubber had done a "phenomenal job" and would be helping out while his replacement, Albert Brantley, settled in.
