Three Indonesian men involved in the Christmas Island boat tragedy in December have been charged with people smuggling.
Up to 50 asylum seekers died when the vessel they were travelling in sank after crashing into rocks at Christmas Island.
The men, aged 22, 60 and 32, who were also on the boat, will appear in Perth Magistrate's Court.
