Two rappers who pulled out of their debut New Zealand shows this year have been confirmed to appear at Auckland City Limits.
The music festival has confirmed that Young Thug and Future will both perform here as part of the line-up for the March 3 event in Western Springs.
The pair are scheduled to perform separately at ACL, but fans will be hoping they'll appear on stage at some point together to perform songs off their well-recieved double album Super Slimey, released in October.
Other acts included on today's second announcement include Jess B and Alien Weaponry, who will perform alongside previously announced acts Beck, Justice, Grace Jones, Phoenix and The Avalanches, among others.
But it's the inclusion of Young Thug and Future that will make hip-hop fans happy after the disappointment of their cancellations earlier this year.
Young Thug had been scheduled to perform at Laneway in February but pulled out over complications with his visa process in Australia.
Future was scheduled to perform a solo show in Auckland in September but was forced to return home after the death of a close friend.
Future has one of the year's biggest hits to his name in Mask Off, taken from one of two No. 1 albums he released earlier this year.
Young Thug has also had a big year, releasing Beautiful Thugger Girls and the EP Young Martha on top of Super Slimey.
Auckland City Limits debuted in 2016 with Kendrick Lamar and The National as headliners, but took a year off this year.
The festival has expanded to include a Sydney date the weekend before the Auckland event.
