Mikey Havoc is going back to his roots and will reunite with Push Push next year.
The Kiwi rockers will reform 24 years after breaking up to open for Brit glam-rock act The Darkness over three New Zealand tour dates next year.
Together, they'll play The Powerstation in Auckland on April 20, Hunter Lounge at Victoria University in Wellington on April 21 and The Foundry in Christchurch on April 22.
The Darkness will be playing in support of their 2015 album Last of Our Kind, as well as a new album planned for release next year.
Push Push will be playing songs from their 1992 debut A Trillian Shades of Happy, including their No. 1 hit Trippin', as well as songs from a planned new EP.
Guitarist Andy Kane said it was "pretty apt that we're emerging from the darkness of the last 24 years to gig with The Darkness".
"We're all frickin' pumped and totally amped to get back on stage together," he said.
Tickets for the shows are on sale now via Ticketmaster and Ticketek.
