Fans fear British rocker Pete Doherty has relapsed in his battle with drugs after a video of him partying in Hong Kong emerged online.
In the clip, which was filmed over the weekend, The Libertines star is heard asking a pal for a "nose-up" before leaning his head towards a flat surface and apparently snorting.
Although it is unclear in the footage whether the rocker is actually taking cocaine, fans fear it supports rumours he has relapsed in his fight against drug addiction.
The singer/guitarist entered a rehabilitation clinic in Thailand last year in a bid to finally conquer his 12-year addiction to heroin and crack cocaine, and after months of treatment he declared he was completely free of drugs for the first time in a decade.
He has spent much of this year recording and touring with The Libertines but fans began to fear for Doherty's health after the band cancelled two concerts in London and Manchester, England in September, stating the co-frontman had suffered a panic attack.
Now the latest film footage has fuelled speculation about Doherty's drugs battle.
The clip, which has been posted online, was filmed following The Libertines' performance at the Clockenflap festival in Hong Kong on Saturday.
Doherty and his bandmate Carl Barat can be seen playing guitar and singing for a group of girls in a parking lot, and Doherty calls out to a pal, "Have you got that nose-up?" before turning to the fans and telling them, "It won't take a minute."
He then disappears off camera, saying "I'll be back" before returning and approaching Barat, who holds his guitar out flat.

Doherty then turns his back to the camera, leans forward to the surface of the guitar and moves his head sideways as a snorting sound can be heard.
The two rockers then perform an acoustic version of the band's song You're My Waterloo for the gathering of fans.
During the song, Doherty looks pale and sweaty as he puffs on a cigarette and sings.
A spokesman for Doherty had not commented as WENN went to press.
