Cynthia Nixon, who plays Miranda Hobbes, reportedly told media at the Muse Awards luncheon in New York that New Zealand is one of the locations being looked at.
Hollywood gossips are saying Miranda might steal herself a Downunder billionaire in the film. But, things are very much in the pipeline, with Nixon saying they are still negotiating the details.
The first film took in more than US$700 million and only cost around US$100 million to make.
