The Country's Rowena Duncum catches up with Giles Bayley and Alan Hockley, directors at House It and Shed It.

The Country's Rowena Duncum caught up with Giles Bayley and Alan Hockley, directors at House It and Shed It, for a chat about what they're offering at this year's Fieldays.

Shed It came first says Bayley, who started the business a few years back with Hockley, and then House It came along five or six years ago.

House It was born when the pair realised, "the affordability of housing was going in the wrong direction for young people," says Hockley

"We went out and found a product and then designed and developed a whole new building system for the country."

Bayley and Hockley know their stuff, they have 20 years' building experience between them.
