Harcourts appoints All Blacks motivator as GM

Management and mental skills coach Gilbert Enoka has been appointed general manager of real estate company Harcourts International.

Mr Enoka, who has worked with the All Blacks, Silver Ferns and Black Caps, first joined Harcourts in 2003 as head of its training division.

He will continue working with the All Blacks and work from his Christchurch base.

Harcourts has a growth goal of 1200 offices throughout Australasia and South East Asia by 2010. It currently has about 400 offices throughout Australasia, Fiji and Indonesia.
