The 292.9672ha farm was converted nine years ago to a very high standard and with thought of future proofing the farm for any changes that may occur within the dairy industry including the addition of a freestall barn, modern effluent infrastructure and new consents.
In the past the farm has milked all year round, last winter being the last season for this to happen. The farm is run as a fully self contained dairy unit with modern high tech dairy infrastructure of very high quality. All livestock can be housed within the free stall barn.
There are two very modern homes plus a modernised larger weatherboard home.
