1. Give - outside of ourselves and business, it might be community groups/events/ teams. Helping others helps ourselves.
2. Connect - get out and socialise with other people, find new friends or re-establish old connections.
3. Take notice - of the small things in life. Stop pause, relax, and appreciate the present moment, focus on your breathing.
4. Keep learning - it keeps our brains functioning and our minds open to new ideas and makes a more interesting person.
5. Be active - just for 20-30 minutes a day. It will get those endorphins flowing and is good for your body and mind.
