Should dairy farmers be concerned about the recent dip in the GDT?

The Country's Jamie Mackay caught up with Fonterra's Chief Operating Officer of Global Consumer and Foodservice Jacqueline Chow today to discuss.

Chow has been on the road recently visiting with Fonterra's farmer shareholders and she says they know plenty about the industry's volatility and plan accordingly.

Value-add is a phrase bandied about a lot by Fonterra. Mackay wants to know if they're doing their part to increase value-add and mentions the recent success of Tatua dairy as an example.
