Top of the Hops! Dom caught up with Richard Emerson aka "The Godfather of New Zealand craft beer" to discuss tonight's opening of their brand new brewery.
The $25m Dunedin-based facility is located precariously close to Forsyth Barr Stadium and has been two and a half years in the making.
