Sheep are currently selling well.

Sheep are currently selling well.

Small yardings of store sheep and cattle sold on strong markets at yesterday's Stortford Lodge sale.

The best of the approximately 200 head of cattle broke the $3/kg mark.

New-season lambs appeared in good numbers and sold very well.

In the ewes with lambs at foot, good ewes with terminal lambs made the best money.
Buyers were from Hawke's Bay with one from Waihi.

There was no prime sale this week.
