Ewes and lamb sales have had a good season.

Ewes and lamb sales have had a good season.

A small yarding of about 55 cattle sold according to quality at yesterday's Stortford Lodge store sale.

The store lamb yarding of about 1200 head was mostly Chatham Island stock and they sold well.

The big numbers of ewes with lambs at foot sold better than last week, a reflection of the quality of many of the lambs.
