Dom caught up with Sir Graeme Harrison today on The Country. The New Zealand meat industry pioneer and founder and chair of ANZCO foods won the 2016 Rabobank Leadership Award which was announced last night in Sydney.

Sir Graeme was described as "a true champion of agribusiness" at the awards but he humbly says the award is a tribute to the ANZCO team over the years.

Unsurprisingly Sir Graeme has some sage advice about leadership and he believes the most important thing is "seeing opportunity and surrounding yourself with the people who can execute those opportunities."

Success in business also relies on young blood coming up through the ranks says Sir Graeme.
