Chinese-New Zealanders are buying thousands of tins of baby milk powder from supermarket shelves and selling it to parents in China through online shopping sites.

The trade is worrying the local makers of baby formula, who say they have no control over the online exporting of their products to China.

Should there be regulation of such sales?
