Police are appealing for information after several sheep were stolen near Danseys Pass.

Police are investigating after the alleged theft of stock from a rural property southwest of Duntroon, believed to have happened on Friday night or early on Saturday.

Twelve sheep and lambs were allegedly stolen from the property, near the Danseys Pass summit.

Inquiries are continuing.
