Listen: Can agriculture survive without Roundup?

19 Oct 01:00 AM

We head to Marlborough to catch up with the 'Resilient Farmer' who's just returned from a speaking tour of Scotland, spreading the mental health gospel.

Dr. Bob Reiter:

We ask the Bayer Head of R&D Crop Science to address the chemical elephant in the room. Is Roundup carcinogenic? What, if anything, can replace glyphosate as a tool for no-till or minimum tillage agriculture? Is there a more environmentally sustainable or chemical-free way to grow crops? And is there a new generation chemical on the horizon to replace Roundup.
