A person is in a serious condition after an incident with a large animal in North Canterbury this morning.
Hato Hone St John said it was notified of an incident on Traceys Rd, Loburn, at 10.21am.
The Herald understands that it involved a horse.
St John responded by sending arapid response vehicle and the Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
